At Just Lil Bling, we’re committed to delivering your order promptly and in perfect condition. Every item is carefully packed and shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Free shipping is available for all domestic orders.
- International shipping is free for orders above ₹20,000.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Domestic: 1–5 business days after dispatch
- Mumbai orders: usually delivered the next day
- International: Up to 15 business days after dispatch
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or failed delivery attempts.
- Unexpected delays due to weather or courier-related issues are beyond our control.
- In case of lost or missing parcels, refunds will be issued only upon official confirmation from the courier service.
Return & Exchange Policy
We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully before placing an order, as we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
- All sales are final.
- Returns are only accepted in the rare case of a damaged item.
- An unedited, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for return requests.
- Please email us at justlilbling@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, along with photos and the unboxing video.
- We do not offer refunds, but store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If a replacement item is available in stock, it will be shipped once, free of charge.
- Refunds are applicable only under certain circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability or failure to meet quality standards prior to dispatch. In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
Once an order is delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we’ll always do our best to assist and provide a quick resolution wherever possible.
